MECPower Mobility Pvt Ltd, is an Indian company focused on manufacturing affordable, high-speed 2-wheeler electric vehicles (EVs). They emphasize sustainability, affordability, and technological innovation. Our brand name RunR which aims to revolutionize the EV market with a complete ecosystem for clients, including reliable after-sales service.


Our products are indigenously developed and passed through all government set norms. Our state of the art manufacturing plant with advanced testing facilities is based out of Por, GIDC near Vadodara.


We are looking to hire dynamic, result oriented professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset.


Responsibilities


Increase business opportunities by implementing the right sales strategies

Dealer development in the specific assigned area of operation

Ensure dealer development targets are achieved and new dealers implement policies as per company norms.

Help and align with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Dealer management

To ensure footfalls at dealerships

Manage and ensure set targets are achieved on a monthly basis for walk-ins, wholesale, retail and collections

To implement brand visibility as per brand guideline across the market and at dealership level

Guide, align and handhold the dealer to ensure both dealer and company achieves their planned business plans

Help the regional manager prepare sales plans, sales reports from time to time.

Align and work as per the overall mission, vision and ethos of the company.

Build brand awareness specifically for a geographical area as a sales field manager.

Meet and exceed the ROIs and KPIs through effective sales performances

Help the dealership with recruitment of dealer staff.

Ensure the dealer principal and dealer staff are trained from time to time on sales and brand building.

Market visits and regular market connect.

Ensure plan, co-ordinate and implement local & national B2B opportunities.


Required skills and qualifications


Proven experience working as an area sales managerss or in a field sales manager job

Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Outstanding written, oral and interpersonal skills

Excellent leadership and motivational skills

Experience with EV two-wheeler industry is a plus

8-12 years of professional working experience
