Area Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales operations in the assigned zone. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the zone.
• Set sales targets and motivate the sales team to achieve them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.
• Train, mentor, and develop the sales team to improve overall performance.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to management.
• Analyze credit policies and assess credit suitability for prospective customers/candidates.

Location: Calicut
Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹50,000
Experience: Minimum 8 years in Sales
Age Limit: 33 to 45 years
Language Requirement: Hindi (Speaking) – Mandatory
