Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented On-Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and closing sales for all our product categories.

This is a client-facing, field-intensive role for someone who enjoys building relationships, presenting solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit potential clients including homeowners, interior designers, architects, builders, developers, and project managers.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and reference development.
  • Present and pitch solutions including home automation, home theatres, CCTV setups, and other Modern Technologies SKUs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs (training will be provided).
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and solution briefs with clients.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure high lead-to-order conversion.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM updates, client visit logs, and daily reporting.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (preferably in electronics, automation, security systems, or related fields).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products (training will be provided).
  • Must be energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.
  • Comfortable with extensive on-field work.
  • Own vehicle preferred.

Pay: ₹14,834.00 - ₹55,981.93 per month
