MIS Executive

Role Overview:

The MIS Executive will play a key role in managing and analyzing data across MIS, and Market Logistics functions. The role involves preparing reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decisions, while ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management Information System (MIS):

Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.

Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and support decision-making.

Manage large data sets efficiently and ensure accuracy in reporting.

Develop automated reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Data Management, Reporting Dashboards, and Product Knowledge.

2. Market Logistics:

Monitor dispatches, shipments, and inventory across domestic and international markets.

Track logistics performance, freight costs, and delivery timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Manage client relationships, handle escalations, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Coordinate effectively with internal and external teams to achieve business objectives.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong command of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred).

CRM knowledge and understanding of business process automation.

Excellent problem-solving, escalation handling, and cross-functional coordination abilities.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and collaboration skills across departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

2–4 years of experience in MIS, finance, or logistics (manufacturing or EV industry preferred).
