We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team and Area Sales Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the team meets its targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive performance and growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-9 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
