Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

  • Drive sales targets and achieve revenue growth within the assigned area.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions where necessary.

2. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales executives/representatives.
  • Set clear targets and performance expectations for the team.
  • Motivate, guide, and monitor the team to ensure consistent results.

3. Channel & Market Development

  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand channel presence.
  • Negotiate trade terms and ensure smooth execution of sales plans.

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Foster strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Address client needs, feedback, and escalations promptly.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular engagement.

5. Business Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management.
  • Provide recommendations for strategic improvements based on data-driven insights.

6. Operational Efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and credit norms.
  • Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and product teams for smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory availability and timely supply to trade partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fashion, retail, or consumer durables.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales reports and market data.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic market conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
