Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Staff Management

  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store staff.
  • Set clear expectations, assign duties, and schedule shifts effectively.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to ensure high team productivity.

2. Sales & Customer Service

  • Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and KPIs.
  • Monitor sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and execute action plans
  • Maintain superior customer service standards and resolve escalations.

3. Inventory & Merchandising

  • Manage inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and overstock situations.
  • Oversee product merchandising, ensuring attractive and consistent displays.

4. Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring effective cost control.
  • Analyze financial reports and take corrective actions to maximize profitability.

5. Operational Efficiency

  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Implement operational policies and streamline processes for efficiency.

6. Reporting & Communication

  • Share regular performance and sales reports with higher management.
  • Maintain effective communication with management, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.

7. Compliance & Regulations

  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of progressive leadership in retail.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficient in retail management systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and financial analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible shift timings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,270.53 per month
