Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate new leads from builders, contractors, fabricators, dealers, industries, and infra companies.
Handle the complete sales cycle: inquiry quotation negotiation order confirmation delivery payment.
Manage and grow assigned client portfolio to achieve consistent repeat business.
Conduct daily field visits, site visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch, logistics, and timely delivery of materials.
Focus on profit margins while negotiating with customers.
Track payments, maintain credit discipline, and ensure timely collection.
Maintain daily sales reports, visit logs, and update the sales pipeline.
Monitor market prices,competitor activities, and industry trends.

Candidate Requirements

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Prior experience in steel/cement/Tiles/Electrcal/building materials/Transformers is an advantage.
Technical Understading of the subject and able to understand client projects need is a must.
Willing To learn
Business Mindset is a must.
Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.
Should be comfortable with field visits.
Own Vechile preferred
