Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, setting clear sales targets and KPIs.
Lead by example in acquiring new clients in the large corporate sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving needs.
Ensure achievement of budgetary targets, including Net Interest Income (NII), Fee income, and Portfolio size.
Manage and coach the sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Identify and develop new markets and segments within the large corporate sector to expand the business footprint.

Job
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management.
A graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline is required.
Possess strong skills in sales leadership, client acquisition, relationship management, business targets, team management, market penetration, cross-selling, lead generation, sales strategy, and compliance.
Demonstrate the ability to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
