🚨 We're Hiring! - Area Sales Manager – SME (Loan Against Property) πŸ“ Location: Thane πŸ•’ Experience Required: 10 Years πŸŽ“ Minimum Qualification: Graduate πŸ‘₯ Team Handling Experience: Minimum 4 Years πŸ”„ Industry: Financial Services / NBFC / Banking We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager – SME (LAP) to drive business growth and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, processing, and disbursing Loan Against Property (LAP) files while managing strong relationships with channel partners and DSAs. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Contribute in sourcing to loan disbursement of LAP files β€’ Oversee the entire process from sourcing to disbursement of LAP files sourced by RMs β€’ Should have strong market connect with 50+ DSA channels β€’ Sound understanding of LAP programs like Vanilla Income, Low LTV, Banking Products, NIP/LIP β€’ Basic understanding of financials and P&L management β€’ Plan and schedule daily field visits with team to meet channel partners and build long-term relationships β€’ Demonstrate in-depth understanding of LAP product, eligibility, valuation, and risk assessment β€’ Take ownership of monthly login activities with accurate and timely documentation β€’ Meet self-assigned disbursal targets in line with internal credit policies β€’ Minimum 4 years of team handling experience is a must β€’ Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with existing DSAs and onboard new partners β€’ Should have a proven track record and recognition in current or previous assignments Essential Skills & Competencies: β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills β€’ In-depth knowledge of LAP products β€’ Sales leadership and performance management β€’ Financial acumen with basic understanding of P&L β€’ Strategic thinking and execution Behavioral Attributes: β€’ Adaptable and self-motivated β€’ Team player with a growth mindset β€’ Willingness to travel frequently for business development Other Details: πŸ“© Interested Candidates can apply or share their CV at ashikhandelwal@rathi.com Show more Show less
