Role Description

  •  Monitor and analyze sales data to drive performance across stores.
  •  Set and achieve sales targets through strategic initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment and motivate teams to meet goals.
  • Ensure stores comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess operational efficiency.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through service training and feedback collection.
  • Implement strategies to improve the shopping experience.
  • Oversee inventory levels and ensure stock is maintained and organized.
  • Coordinate with supply chain team for timely replenishment.
  • Research and identify potential new store locations based on market trends and demographic analysis.
  • Assess site viability and make recommendations for new openings.
  • Conduct regular audits of store inventories to identify shortages and discrepancies.
  • Investigate instances of theft or pilferage and implement loss prevention strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational issues to senior management.
  • Use data to inform strategic decisions and improve store performance.
  • Ensure stores adhere to visual merchandising standards to optimize product display and appeal.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in retail (preferably footwear), with regional/multi-store management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Andhra Pradesh & retail landscape is a plus
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region
  • Analytical skills: Market research, Data analysis, and Demand forecasting
  • Collaboration skills: Team coordination
  • Knowledge of the retail and footwear market is advantageous
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
