Area Sales Managers

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, guide, and manage sales teams in the assigned areas.
Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key customers.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical presentations.
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support sales initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech / MBA preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years in solar product sales or EPC projects.
Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of solar technologies and installation processes.
