Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sr Sales Manager to lead our Solar Sales operations in the Punjab, Jaipur , Chennai, Karnataka region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our solar business footprint, developing key customer relationships, managing channel partners, and driving revenue growth in North India. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional sales strategies for solar products and solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Manage and mentor a team of area sales executives and channel partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC companies, consultants, installers, and key stakeholders. Prepare and present proposals, conduct site visits, and negotiate contracts.
