Brief Details of the Opportunity:

MBA (Marketing) Freshers

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing solar sales strategies across assigned regions.
• Identify, generate, and manage leads for solar EPC projects.
• Support distributor/dealer network development and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and project execution.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Track and analyses sales performance during the probation and training period.

  3 Months Training

• Performance Evaluation:

  Successful completion of training will lead to confirmation.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: MBA in Marketing (Freshers preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across locations.
• Passion for sales and renewable energy sector.

Compensation & Terms:

• CTC:

  ₹2.4 LPA + TA+DA

• Bond:

  2 years (Candidate must sign a bond & submit a security cheque).

• Exit Clause:

  If a candidate resigns before completing 2 years, he/she will be liable to pay 4 months’ salary.
