Role Description This is an internship role for an HR and Admin Intern. Tasks include assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management activities. The intern will help with day-to-day administrative duties and general office management. This is an on-site role located in Indore. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in HR systems (e.g., Zoho People). Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and inductions. Generate and maintain basic HR reports (headcount, attendance, compliance, etc.). Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document management. Assist in communication with employees and maintain updated contact lists. Help organize HR projects and contribute to process improvements.
