Role Description

Candidate must ready to travel across India


·     Identify, plan, and execute various marketing activities which would increase brand awareness, community engagement, and sales within our target market.

·     Will be responsible for planning various marketing activities for all our EBOs to increase footfalls and push sales.

·     Oversee visual merchandising for an elevated product presentation and customer experience.

·     Develop and implement retail branding strategies for a consistent brand image across all our channels.

·     Identify new marketing opportunities/tools that can help the brand to move forward in the target market.

·     Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to gain insight on customer behaviour, preferences, purchases etc and integrating these insights into marketing plans.

·     Coordinate with the sales team and other stakeholders to deliver their requirements timely and aligning with the brand.

·     Assist in developing brand strategy and actively contribute towards the execution of brand strategy.

·     Responsible execution of BTL & ATL activities PAN India.

·     Plan creatively and strategically for media shoot and campaigns

·     Coordinate for various art work for sales promotions and  campaigns.

·     Plan and execute brand strategies within the agreed upon budgets and plan for budgetary controls.

·     Coordinate with ad agencies and consultants and ensure the timely completion of work.

·     Periodical review of cost benefit analysis of various marketing initiatives.

·     Plan and execute branding activities for digital sales

·     Market research and surveys

·     Data analysis

·     Create new vendors with high focus on quality and the cost effectiveness.


Qualifications

 

·     Degree in Business Management/Mass media/E- Commerce

·     Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar industry

·     Business Acumen

·     Media savvy &Public relations

  • Excellent Communication skill- both oral and written
  • Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and trend identification
  • Experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction
  • Customer Service skills to support client needs
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the innerwear or fashion industry is a plus
