Role Overview:

Marketing Trainee

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead to conceptualize and execute campaigns that build awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns (social media, email, and digital).
• Create and curate content for blogs, posts, newsletters, and marketing materials.
• Assist in marketing automation and analytics tracking.
• Coordinate with Traineeal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
• Research trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support campaign strategy.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA student (final semester) or recent graduate specializing in

  Marketing / Communications / Business Management

  .
• Strong interest in marketing strategy, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Exposure to tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
• Prior Traineeships or self-initiated projects in marketing/entrepreneurship are preferred.
