The Factory Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing unit, including production planning, quality control, and team management. Responsibilities include ensuring production targets are met, maintaining health and safety standards, and troubleshooting production issues. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to streamline operations and ensure timely delivery of products. Qualifications Experience in production planning and quality control Team management and leadership skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and coordination skills Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Industrial Management, or a related field Relevant experience in the textile or innerwear industry is mandatory Show more Show less
