Crop Protection Division

Job Purpose Sales & account management, Responsible for Sales target & bottom lines, Execution of Marketing Plan, Key Account Management, initiate new business in consultation with Sales Head, Should be selling products directly to various buyers, Co-ordinate with Seniors, team, dealers & Distributors and negotiate good rates, Improve Terms of Trade with suppliersKey Skills Strong interpersonal communication, influencing & relationship building skills, Creative thinking, solution provider, result oriented, team player, Ability to cope with last minute changes and requests, crisis, Customer/market orientation and service mentality, Ready for extensive travel to the marketsKey Responsibilities

  • To ensure achievement of given sale budget of Crop Protection in allocated Region
  • To ensure achievement of payment collection as per criteria
  • To ensure percolation of pricing and commercial schemes as per the given structure.
  • To ensure business growth with existing and new addition of customers.
  • To ensure proper action plans to establish new product launch.
  • To monitor, marketing and product developmental activities in the given periphery.
  • To share desired monthly/Weekly/Fortnightly reports with full of authenticity.
  • To ensure complete use of allotted resources, Manpower, promotional inputs etc.
  • Responsible to keep regular touch with key customers supervising ongoing sale, payment activities.
  • Responsible to increase the business breadth and depth by entering untapped/key areas of the allotted markets.
  • Responsible for team training, monitoring their activities.
  • To ensure submission of all the market related information like competitors activities, movement of products, crop information, forecast etc.
