Role Description

The Area Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing sales operations within the assigned territory of Surat. This is a full-time on-site position. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer support. The candidate will also conduct market research, analyze trends, and work closely with the team to drive market growth and product promotion.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in client relationship management and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
Knowledge of market analysis, research, and strategy development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
Proven ability to work independently and manage territories with minimal supervision.
Experience in the bath fittings, construction, or related industries is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and result-oriented mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
