Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Area Sales Manager located in Jodhpur. The role involves overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with potential clients, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, providing customer service, and generating sales reports. The Assistant Manager/Area Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

  • Experience in Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Team Leadership
  • Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis skills
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and generate sales reports
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the bath fittings or construction industry is a plus
