Area Sales Manager


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management and customer relationship management
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive lubricant market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Hindi and one local (zone) language


Qualifications and Experience:


- Any graduate or diploma with 7-10 years of experience in sales

- Must have experience in the automobile and oil industries, specifically in lubricant and automotive sales

- Proven track record of sales growth and customer relationship management


Target Companies:


Oil companies with experience in lubricant and automotive sales

- Four and two-wheeler vehicle companies with experience in oil, additive, and aerosol products
