Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive acquisition and conversion of Kotak 811 digital savings accounts in the assigned area.
  • Recruit, train, and manage Digital Sales Managers and their teams for optimal productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC norms and account opening processes.
  • Monitor team performance against KRAs and implement corrective actions.
  • Plan and execute strategies for upselling and cross-selling banking products.
  • Maintain service quality standards and resolve customer escalations promptly.
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide infrastructure support for operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/MBA with prior experience in managing sales teams in BFSI or related sectors.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of digital banking products and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple KRAs and large-scale operations effectively.
