Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end sales processes for HVAC projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
Develop and implement market strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC/MEP project sales
