Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Ambala. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and driving sales within the assigned area, developing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with customers. Day-to-day tasks include leading the sales team, conducting market research, monitoring sales performance, providing training and support to the sales team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and customer relationship management
  • Strong market research, analysis, and strategy development skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and train a sales team effectively
