Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Delhi/NCR. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and enhancing the visibility of Biolume products in the assigned area. Daily tasks include managing a sales team, conducting market research, devising sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute sales strategies for Delhi NCR to achieve targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to deliver results
• Analyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competition
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and salons/partners
• Prepare and present periodic sales reports to senior management
• Collaborate with marketing/product teams to align promotional campaigns and sales efforts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven 4-5yrs experience in managing B2B/B2C sales operations across Delhi NCR
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Experience in team leadership and performance management
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office suite
