Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located on-site in Patna. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with salon professionals, implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and promoting the brand's products and services. The role will also involve providing support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Knowledge of the skincare industry and salon operations
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Ability to conduct market research and develop sales strategies
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
