Sales Planning & Target Achievement Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans to achieve assigned targets. Track area-wise performance and ensure consistent growth across all sales zones. Lead Generation & Business Development Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads through field visits and networking. Distributor & Channel Management Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key trade partners. Ensure proper stock availability, timely billing, and smooth distribution flow in assigned areas. Market Analysis & Reporting Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics to identify opportunities. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, performance reviews, and forecast analyses. Execution & Coordination Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations. Implement promotional activities and track their effectiveness in driving sales.
