Job Description

Ashok Notebooks is in the business of Manufacturing, Supplying of Notebooks & other Paper based Stationery Products such as Registers, Account Books, Practical Books, Diaries, Journals, Files, Exam Booklets, etc. We have more than 250+ products in our portfolio.

Role & responsibilities

To create, manage & develop business strategies and improve the sales of the company
Handle, motivate your team to achieve their sales targets regularly
Communicate to the company about your activities on a regular basis
Analyse the markets for new trends, products, competitor strategies regularly
Develop new markets & appoint distributors in vacant areas
Look for gaps in the market & communicate the same regularly
Manage a variety of customers including retailers, wholesalers, educational institutions & corporates
Engage in promotional activities

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Stationery / FMCG background with proven field sales experience
A graduate degree holder
Must have good connects in the market
Ability to communicate strategies, offers, schemes effectively to the customers
An enthusiastic person willing to lear new things and develop new strategies
Must be a quick and responsive thinker with the ability to handle complicated situations with ease
Must be willing to work in the field all 6 days a week
Must be willing to travel to nearby towns and cities and develop new markets
Must be reading, writing & speaking his native language and English fluently
Must be a good motivator to his team members
