Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in their designated region, ensuring business targets are met and client relationships are strengthened. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing and training the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders. This role involves supervising daily sales processes while driving growth and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Strong skills in sales strategy development, account management, and customer relationship management
Proficiency in market analysis, business development, and negotiation techniques
Team leadership, training, and performance monitoring capabilities
Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
