Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager in the Home Loan DST team, located in Hyderabad City and Vizag. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, developing strategies to meet targets, leading and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Daily tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, negotiating deals, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with other departments to achieve overall business goals.

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development
  • Good understanding of the financial services industry, particularly home loans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Experience in the banking or financial services sector is a plus
