Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) / Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Sales Executive Color Cosmetics Company: Nutriglow Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. Location: Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand About the Role: We are looking for skilled and experienced sales professionals from the Color Cosmetics / Beauty industry to drive sales and expand market presence for our brand Colorflix . Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure growth in assigned areas. Handle distributors, retailers, and modern trade channels. Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong market relationships. Execute marketing and promotional plans effectively. Requirements: Industry: Must be from Color Cosmetics / Beauty segment (mandatory). Experience: Sales Executive: 1–2 years ASM: 2–3 years RSM: 3-4–10 years Strong market knowledge and network in UP & Uttarakhand. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
