Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - BPO Operations (Collection Process) at BGSSL located in Vadodara. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, business process improvement, and communication within the collection process. Job details Job location: Vadodara (GJ) Position: Assistant Manager - Operations (Collection Process) Job type: Permanent Work Mode: Work From Office Salary: Upto Rs.5 LPA Job description Supervise, coach and develop team of associates to ensure efficiency of the department, satisfaction of customers and clients, and to maximize team performance Actively manage performance; identify training needs and provide post-training support Distribute assignments and coordinate work activities Perform other leadership duties such as ensuring time worked is approved and entered on time, performance reviews are conducted and new staff are recruited on time Engage with Internal & external stakeholders to improve quality of service on Cost, Quality, & Turn Around Time Design and implement operational strategies to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maximize operational efficiency Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure operational effectiveness Desired candidate profile BPO Operations Management Analytical Skills Business Process Improvement Strong Communication skills Team handling Problem Solving Attrition control Shrinkage control Good hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Experience: 4-6 years of experience in BPO Operations as Asst. Manager / Sr. Team Lead Min. 1 year experience in Collection (Debt Recovery) process as Asst. Manager / Sr. Team Lead In depth experience in managing tele collection in Mortgage/Unsecured/MSME loans collections.
