Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

• Develop and execute

  sales plans

  to achieve revenue and volume targets.
• Identify and prioritize

Customer & Market Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with

  key customers, distributors, and retailers

• Conduct regular

  to assess conditions, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs.

Team Leadership & Training:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of

  sales representatives

  to achieve individual and team targets.

Marketing & Product Development Collaboration:

• Work with

  marketing and product teams

  to develop promotional campaigns and support product launches.
• Gather and relay

  customer feedback

  to improve products and services.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Provide

  sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis

  to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with

  company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  .

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3

  years of experience

  in FMCG sales.
• Strong

  leadership, negotiation, and communication

  skills.
• Ability to analyze

  market trends and competitor activities

  .
• Proficiency in

  sales forecasting and performance monitoring

  .
• Willingness to

  travel as needed

  within the assigned territory.
