Job Title: Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Industry: Automotive Aftermarket (PPF, Window Films, Car Care Products) Location: Delhi , Mumbai, Chennai , Bangalore , Hyderabad Reports To: Regional Head / Sales Director About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to drive sales for a world-renowned range of Paint Protection Films (PPF), Window Films, and Car Care Products. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the automotive aftermarket industry with established connections in Car Dealerships, Car Detailing Studios, and Car Accessories networks. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard new partners in the automotive aftermarket, including dealerships, detailing studios, and accessory retailers. Channel Sales Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing channel partners to maximize revenue and market penetration. Market Expansion: Implement territory-wise strategies to increase brand presence and achieve sales targets. Product Promotion: Conduct product demos, training sessions, and technical support to clients for PPF, window films, and car care products. Negotiations & Closures: Drive pricing discussions, finalize agreements, and ensure compliance with company policies. Dealer Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance, share insights, and support partners with marketing and sales tools. Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and competitor analysis for management. Event Participation: Represent the brand in auto expos, trade shows, and networking events. Required Skills & Competencies Proven experience in Automotive Aftermarket B2B Sales. Strong network with car dealerships, detailing studios, and accessory businesses. Ability to achieve sales targets and manage large territories. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools (ERPNext / Salesforce / Zoho preferred). Qualifications Graduate in Business/Marketing or equivalent (MBA preferred). 3–7 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales. Previous experience with PPF, Window Films, Ceramic Coatings, Car Care Products is highly desirable. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
