Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and self-driven individual to manage our B2B solar distribution business. The candidate will handle our database of 300+ vendors, generate leads, manage calls and meetings, and close high-quality solar product sales under the PM Surya Ghar and commercial projects. Handle and follow up with 700+ solar vendors and installers across India Conduct cold/warm calling to generate interest in our solar products (panels, inverters, batteries, structure, etc.) Maintain CRM and track conversations with vendors Build strong B2B relationships and coordinate for repeat sales Travel locally or outside city when needed for vendor meetings Maintain and update daily/weekly reports Work closely with founder for growth strategy execution.
