Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with B2B customers over phone and digital channels, following up on leads, managing CRM, and ensuring a smooth sales process. Key Responsibilities Lead Management: Call and follow up with potential B2B customers to generate interest and close sales. CRM Updates: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system. Sales Pipeline: Manage leads from initiation to closure and ensure timely follow-up. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients. Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordination: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on call activities and conversion metrics. Required Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong telephone etiquette and active listening skills. Basic knowledge of CRM tools (ERPNext/Zoho/Salesforce experience preferred). Ability to work independently and in a team. Goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Familiarity with B2B sales processes. Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or telecalling (B2B preferred).
