Veer Mahindra Kannur, one of the most trusted Mahindra dealerships in North Kerala, is hiring a results-oriented Sales Manager – Personal Vehicles to lead and grow our SUV sales vertical (Mahindra 3XO, Thar, XUV700, ScorpioN). We are looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in a high-performance environment and can take charge of driving enquiry inflow, team motivation, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the personal vehicle sales team with a focus on daily performance and monthly targets
• Drive enquiry generation, test drives, bookings, and conversions for Mahindra SUVs
• Plan and execute localised marketing campaigns, customer activations, and field promotions
• Ensure excellent customer experience across the showroom journey, from greeting to delivery
• Coordinate with CRM, delivery, accessories, F&I, and service departments
• Monitor daily performance metrics, maintain funnel hygiene, and ensure high closing ratios
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide timely reports to senior management
• Train, mentor, and develop sales executives to enhance individual and team performance

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 7 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in personal vehicle or SUV segments
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful sales teams
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Fluency in Malayalam and working proficiency in English
• Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and digital sales tools
• Two-wheeler with valid license mandatory
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred but not mandatory
