Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to manage and nurture client relationships in the FMCG sector. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between internal teams, managing projects from initiation to delivery, and preparing timely reports to track progress and performance. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the key liaison between the client and internal teams. Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations to deliver high-quality service. Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients. Communication & Coordination: Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication between clients and cross-functional teams. Coordinate with internal departments (creative, marketing, operations, sales) to ensure smooth project execution. Address client queries and provide solutions proactively. Project Management & Reporting: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful execution. Track and monitor project progress, identifying risks and addressing challenges. Prepare and present detailed reports on project performance, client feedback, and outcomes. 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve area sales targets in line with regional and national objectives. Identify new customers in hospitals, pharma companies, HoReCa chains, veterinary setups, and institutional buyers. Ensure effective product placement and visibility in the assigned area. Drive profitability by optimizing pricing, promotions, and channel mix. 2. Team Management Lead a team of Territory Sales Officers/Executives. Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver consistent results. Conduct regular field visits and joint calls to guide and monitor performance. Ensure timely reporting, target tracking, and adherence to company processes. 3. Channel & Customer Engagement Expand and strengthen the distributor and dealer network. Build strong relationships with doctors, vets, pharma managers, HoReCa operators, and institutional clients. Conduct technical product presentations, training sessions, and demos to build trust and credibility. Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Market Development & Intelligence Analyze competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer insights. Share market feedback with Regional Sales Manager to align product strategy. Identify potential growth areas and suggest innovative business approaches. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory norms, and ethical sales practices.
