As a B2B Dr. Agri Executive, your primary responsibilities will revolve around possessing a strong understanding of agricultural products and their benefits. Your role will involve driving sales by identifying potential solutions that meet farmer requirements and steering them towards purchasing the right products. Building and maintaining positive relationships with farmers is crucial to this position. You will be required to communicate effectively and follow up consistently to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, queries, and sales data will be essential for tracking progress and improving service delivery. Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and overall business objectives is a key aspect of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong communication skills to engage with farmers clearly and persuasively. A basic understanding of agricultural practices, crops, pests, and diseases is necessary, along with familiarity with agricultural products, their features, and benefits. Problem-solving skills will be valuable in identifying and addressing farmer issues promptly and providing effective solutions. Proficiency in sales techniques, especially pitching products and driving sales through phone calls, is essential. Customer service skills to build rapport with customers and deliver excellent service are also required. Moreover, you should be proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions efficiently. Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is advantageous, as many farmers in the region may prefer to communicate in these languages. While a high school diploma or equivalent is required, having a degree or diploma in agriculture or a related field is considered a plus for this role.
