Job Description

As a Business Development and Sales Operations professional in the jewellery industry, you will be responsible for creating and executing business plans on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis. Your role will involve managing distribution channels, ensuring smooth operations, tracking primary and secondary sales, and generating revenue from sales. Key aspects of your role will include managing key accounts, focusing on retaining a percentage of key accounts and driving revenue growth from these accounts. You will also be tasked with brand and customer relationship management, measuring customer satisfaction ratings, and increasing brand recognition. In terms of project and team management, you will be expected to ensure projects are completed on time and monitor the output per team member. Additionally, you will play a critical role in new product and market launches, monitoring the time taken to launch new products and reaching target markets effectively. Your responsibilities will also include market revivals with volume and value targets, brand enlistment with retail and e-commerce platforms, managing high-value high-margin SKU contributions, and conducting sales audits. Furthermore, you will be involved in market and sales potential mapping, commercial transactions accountability, coaching and training employees, and conducting periodic reviews of the sales team to enhance performance. Timely achievement of business goals, effective communication with channel members, and strategic management to identify new sales opportunities will be crucial aspects of your role. This position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in sales. The role is full-time and permanent, with benefits including provident fund, day shifts, and performance bonuses. Your work location will be in-person.
