Job Description: As an Area Sales Manager (ASM) at Rajguru Food and Beverage Industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the distribution channel of the company's products in Gujarat & Maharashtra. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, your responsibilities will involve leading a team of 25 to 35 sales resources to achieve sales targets, maintain distributor relationships, and ensure effective execution of sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on managing the overall sales team within the assigned territory, developing and implementing sales strategies, and monitoring sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Ensuring consistent product availability and visibility in the market will also be a key aspect of your role.
