This full-time, field-based role offers an excellent opportunity to work hands-on with GE Healthcare’s advanced CT (Computed Tomography) systems , supporting healthcare providers in delivering accurate and timely diagnoses. About the Role: As a CT Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service support of GE Healthcare CT systems across Mumbai and nearby regions. You will play a critical role in ensuring equipment uptime and performance at hospitals and diagnostic centers. What You’ll Do: Install, commission, and maintain GE Healthcare CT scanners at customer sites. Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs in a timely and efficient manner. Address service calls and technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Document service activities and maintain proper logs as per regulatory and company standards. Work closely with internal teams and GE Healthcare technical support for escalations and updates. Foster strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality service and technical support. Who Should Apply? We welcome applications from: Biomedical or Electronics Engineering graduates/diploma holders (0–3 years of experience) interested in building a career in medical imaging service. Experienced or trained CT service engineers with hands-on exposure to GE or other leading CT brands. Candidates with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills . Professionals with good communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric approach.
