Role Overview

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end sales of GE Healthcare products (Ultrasound, CT, MRI, etc.) in the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts – hospitals, diagnostic centers, and doctors.

Identify new business opportunities and create territory growth plans.

Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Collaborate with GE Healthcare teams for pricing, product demonstrations, and tenders.

Ensure smooth order processing, documentation, and payment collection.

Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking to identify new opportunities.

Represent Arian Medicals at exhibitions, CME events, and product demos.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred).

3–6 years of experience

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.

Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
