Position Summary We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in aluminum doors and windows manufacturing or sales . Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the fenestration or building materials industry , especially with a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales. Key Responsibilities Drive sales growth and achieve targets across the assigned territory. Develop strong relationships with architects, builders, dealers, contractors, and project consultants. Identify and convert new business opportunities in the residential, commercial, and institutional segments. Regularly visit project sites, client offices, and partners to maintain engagement. Conduct product presentations and promote Alfen's premium aluminium solutions. Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and suggest strategies to improve market share. Collaborate with the design, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and sales reports using CRM tools. Eligibility Criteria Education : Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). Experience : Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience. Priority to candidates with experience in the aluminium doors/windows, uPVC, glass, façade, or building materials industry. Strong network of architects, builders, and interior consultants in Maharashtra. Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
