Job Summary

Waffle Castle is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multi-store operations across Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, consistent sales growth, strong customer satisfaction, and smooth coordination between store teams and franchise partners.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams while maintaining high brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all SOPs, hygiene protocols, safety procedures, and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, staff management, cost control, and store discipline.
  • Monitor outlet-wise KPIs and drive continuous sales and performance improvement.
  • Analyze reports using Excel, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and support store managers and team members to achieve performance standards.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for store-level promotional and branding activities.
  • Maintain strong customer service standards and ensure timely resolution of complaints and escalations.
  • Support franchise partners and ensure smooth execution of brand strategies and operational processes.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Multi-store operations management experience
  • Strong team handling and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel (MIS, reporting, KPI tracking)
  • Willingness to travel across multiple outlets regularly
  • Knowledge of F&B / QSR / Retail operations
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to drive sales growth and meet targets
  • Understanding of SOPs, hygiene, and quality control
  • Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills
  • Experience with local store-level marketing activities
