Dasmesh Mechanical Works also produces implements for tillage and seeding. With a strong legacy, the company focuses on quality and precision in agricultural equipment manufacturing. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Indore with some work-from-home flexibility. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market analysis, generating leads, collaborating with the marketing team, and presenting sales reports to senior management. The role also involves traveling within the assigned region to build and maintain relationships with key clients. Qualifications Sales strategy development and implementation skills Client relationship management and customer service skills Market analysis and lead generation capabilities Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals Experience in the agricultural implements industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite Willingness to travel within the assigned region Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently
