Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 15 years of experience to join our team as an Area Manager - Retail in the BFSI industry, specifically with Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail banking and management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee daily operations of retail branches to ensure efficient service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
