Job Description

Energetic and proactive in guest relations
Skilled in PR and relationship management with government officials, local authorities, and neighbours
Strong in coordination and follow-ups with the marketing team
Capable of driving business growth and staff engagement
Supervise daily operations across the outlets.
Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards for food quality, service, hygiene, and ambiance.
Conduct regular site visits, audits, and operational reviews.
Recruit, train, and manage restaurant managers and senior staff.
Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and promote team development.
Ensure proper staffing levels and schedule optimization across outlets.
Drive exceptional guest service and address escalated customer issues effectively.
Track and achieve revenue targets for each location and the overall portfolio.
Analyse P&L statements and implement cost-control measures.
Lead local marketing, promotions, and upselling initiatives to boost sales.
Oversee inventory, supply chain coordination, and vendor relationships.
Standardize procurement processes and minimize wastage/pilferage.
Ensure compliance with food safety, labour laws, and health regulations.
