Job Description

Develop and implement e-commerce strategy to meet sales and profitability targets.
Identify emerging online food ordering trends and growth opportunities.
Manage and optimize menu/product listings, pricing, and promotions across Swiggy, Zomato, etc.
Ensure brand consistency with accurate, appealing, and optimized online presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with aggregator platforms and vendors.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and seasonal promotions.
Track ROI of campaigns and refine strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Implement customer feedback systems and analyse service gaps via internal apps and telephony platforms.
Oversee grievance redressal and concierge services for reservations and service recovery.
Strengthen CRM data collection and generate monthly analytical insights.
Use CRM segmentation to drive loyalty programs and retention campaigns.
Develop brand-specific audit checklists and conduct quarterly mystery audits.
Mentor and manage e-commerce associates; collaborate with operations, culinary, finance, and service teams.
Analyse sales, customer feedback, and campaign performance; track KPIs like revenue, conversion, and ratings.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management
